We're excited to announce that Sadie now integrates directly with PBS Systems’ DMS!

Customers can book, reschedule, or cancel service appointments over the phone, with those changes written directly into PBS in real time.

There's no need for manual entry or follow-up by service advisors. Calls are handled automatically and appointments are created or updated within the system as the interaction happens. This removes several common points of friction, including hold times, voicemail handling, and delayed data entry.

The result is a more direct path from customer intent to confirmed appointment, with fewer steps in between.
